Baker

Panera is seeking a Baker to join their team. The Baker will be responsible for baking bread selections and pastries, maintaining high standards for flavor and quality, and performing various tasks such as stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation. The role requires flexibility, including nights and weekends, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training (Food Handler's Card)
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
• Ability to push and pull objects up to 25 pounds
• Capability to stand up to 6 hours
• Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
• Clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates' directions in a loud environment
