Baker

At Panera, our people come first. We're looking for a Baker to join our team, where you'll have the opportunity to grow, feel supported, and enjoy great perks. You'll be responsible for baking bread and pastries, maintaining quality standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training (Food Handler's Card, as required by law)
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
• Ability to push and pull objects up to 25 pounds
• Capability to stand up to 6 hours
• Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates' directions in a loud environment
