Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Trainer to develop and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and effectiveness of our Loss Prevention Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in loss prevention or security.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms, Google Suite, and training management systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
