Resort Baker

The Resort Baker is responsible for preparing high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary, and consistent manner. The Baker must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment, while maintaining the organizational ability to identify and act on job duties quickly and effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Successful completion of a Baking or Culinary program from an established institution
• Minimum 5 year of baking experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
• Ability to lift up to 50lb
• Effective communication skills
• Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
• Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and e-mail
