Job Description
Assist the Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef in the preparation of all bread required by the Food and Beverage Operation. Maintain cleanliness and adequate stock of raw goods and equipment.
Requirements
- Successful completion of culinary or pastry program or 2 years experience in kitchen or baking
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to speak and read in English
- Ability to work without distraction
- Follow kitchen grooming standards
- Must be able to stand for the bulk of the shift
- Must be able to lift 40lbs
- Must be able to work the late shift, which is 1 a.m. - 9 a.m.
