Job Description
Join our team as a Front End Receptionist at Panoramic Health. As a receptionist, you will greet and check in patients, manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records.
Requirements
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Verify insurance coverage
- Collect co-pays and patient payments
- Maintain and update accurate patient records and demographic data
- Handle patient inquiries, medical records, and related paperwork
- Manage incoming/outgoing faxes, mail, and office correspondence
- Coordinate with dialysis centers, hospitals, labs, and referring providers
