Operations Manager

Bring your flavor to the Papa John's team today! We're looking for an Operations Manager to join our team. You'll be responsible for managing restaurant operations, including managing staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining quality control.

Requirements

• Successful restaurant management or supervision experience
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Serv-Safe/Local/State Food Service Certification
• Cash management skills
• Bilingual in certain markets
• Driver's license valid under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works
• Proof of insurance
• Satisfactory vehicle and the ability to drive
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (POS, ATS, web-based scheduling)
• Ability to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled
• Criminal Background Check
