Job Description
Pape’ Machinery, the premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is looking for a Service Writer to join their team in Donald, OR. The Service Writer will ensure that all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed in the most efficient way possible, while providing an excellent experience for customers.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with the agriculture industry
