Job Description
PAPE' KENWORTH is looking for a Service Advisor / Writer to join their team in French Camp, CA. As a Service Advisor / Writer, you will ensure that all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed in the most efficient way possible, while providing an excellent experience for our customers.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
