Job Description
Pape' Kenworth is looking for a Service Advisor / Writer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer relations and communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. The role will involve overseeing service and warranty work orders, assisting in shop workflow, and checking in equipment for repair.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
