Job Description
Pape' Kenworth is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team in French Camp, CA. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer relations and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment, and mechanical aptitude. As a Service Advisor, you will oversee service and warranty work orders, assist in shop workflow, and provide an excellent experience for customers.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
