Requirements
- Provide candidates with detailed information about the Company's open positions and job expectations.
- Accountable for meeting key metrics within the recruiting area to include meeting call targets, converting applicants to employees, and establishing a pipeline for future demands.
- Travel to CDL truck driving schools, career fairs, and industry events to actively recruit, interview, and engage prospective driver candidates.
- Skills include speaking, active listening, critical thinking, judgment and decision making, negotiation, adaptability, decisiveness, data analysis.
