Requirements
- Develop a CRM strategy to optimize the customer journey and execute high-impact initiatives that drive acquisition, retention, engagement and loyalty
- Build email marketing strategies and testing roadmaps tailored to audience segments and lifecycle stages
- Significantly expand our triggered email program, auditing and rebuilding existing behavioral, transactional and lifecycle flows
- Identify, pilot and scale AI-powered capabilities across the email channel, including predictive segmentation, send-time optimization, and dynamic content personalization
