Job Description
papernest is looking for a Data Engineering Manager to lead their data engineering team. The team is responsible for providing a performing, fast, and relevant data platform, product, and pipeline to the company. The manager will report to the Head of Data and will be responsible for defining the roadmap and key projects for the team, managing complex projects and relationships, and ensuring technical excellence.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in backend or software engineering using Python
- Previous Management Experience of a mid-size team
- Experience in designing and implementing a data engineering architecture
- Experience in setting up self-managed infrastructure (AI architecture is a plus)
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in French is a plus
