Job Description
PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Customer Experience Technician to provide exceptional service to customers at their locations. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software, performing maintenance, and providing general product support. This technician is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring the best possible experience with PAR products and services.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in microprocessor-based equipment detection, isolation, and resolution of problems.
- Familiarity with inventory management and PC BIOS configurations.
- Experience with DOS commands and networking understanding.
- Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- Clean driver’s license and ability to work with ladders.
- Ability to climb and work with ladders.
