Job Description
Paradigm Power Delivery is seeking a Director of Engineering - Power Delivery to lead the development of the engineering organization and oversee project design, optimization, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of engineering design experience in power delivery and a deep understanding of transmission, distribution, substations, and power systems.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering or related discipline
- Twelve plus years of engineering design experience with at least 8 years in power delivery
- Ability to balance technical excellence, cost efficiency, and project deadlines
- Experience working with Utilities in Power Delivery
