Job Description
Paradigm Power Delivery is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to lead end-to-end proposal development for high-voltage electrical projects. The role manages the full proposal lifecycle, coordinating with business development, project management, estimating, engineering, operations, and leadership to clearly communicate technical expertise, safety culture, project approach, and value proposition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–7+ years of proposal management or estimating support experience in electrical construction, engineering, utilities, renewables, or similar.
- Strong technical writing and editing skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex proposals with strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and deadline-driven project management skills
- Attention to detail and compliance accuracy
