Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–7+ years of proposal coordination or proposal management experience
• Strong writing, editing, and document management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex proposals under strict deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience supporting power delivery, utility, or renewable energy projects preferred
