Occupational Therapist (Per diem)

Paradigm Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to conduct home visits, assess patients, and provide therapeutic interventions in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) college or university
• Unencumbered Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) license and registration in New York
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Proficient in EMR documentation (experience with Hello Note preferred but not required)
• Maintain up-to-date CPR certification and adhere to all safety protocols
