Occupational Therapist (Per diem)

Paradigm Rehabilitation is seeking Occupational Therapists to provide high-quality care for pediatric and geriatric patients across the five boroughs of NYC, conducting home visits, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions. With flexibility to set own schedule, make a meaningful impact in home care settings in a supportive and compassionate environment.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) college or university
• Unencumbered Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) license and registration in New York
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Proficient in EMR documentation
• Maintain up-to-date CPR certification and adhere to all safety protocols
