Paradigm Rehabilitation seeks Occupational Therapists to provide high-quality care for pediatric and geriatric patients in NYC. As an Occupational Therapist, you will conduct home visits, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' independence and quality of life.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) college or university
• Unencumbered Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) license and registration in New York
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Proficient in EMR documentation
• Maintain up-to-date CPR certification
