Occupational Therapist, Per Diem

Paradigm Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to conduct home visits and provide therapeutic interventions for pediatric and geriatric patients in NYC. As an independent contractor, you'll have a flexible schedule and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) college or university
• Unencumbered Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) license and registration in New York
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Proficient in EMR documentation (experience with Hello Note preferred but not required)
