Job Description
Paradigm is seeking a full-time, remote Clinical Resource Manager to support the growth of clinical resources and provide case management through recruitment, development, and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) preferred with active, unrestricted licensure
- Minimum 7 years of experience in managing catastrophic injury and chronic pain conditions
- CCM certification required
- Prior experience as Network Manager strongly preferred
- Thorough knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and standards of care for catastrophic diagnoses
