Job Description
Para Los Niños (PLN) is seeking a MFT/MSW Graduate Student Trainee (Family Preservation) to work with low-income children and families in the Skid Row neighborhood. The trainee will provide psychosocial assessments, in-home outreach counseling services, and advocacy for children and families in a manner consistent with best practices and contractual requirements from DCFS.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an MSW, MFT or MA in related field
- Approved for field work/practicum placement by department director
- Valid California Driver License
- State required automobile insurance coverage
- TB test clearance (to be renewed every two years)
- Bilingual (E/S) required
