Marketing Manager

Paramark helps Marketing teams understand what's really driving growth and decide where to invest next through advanced measurement, experimentation, and scenario planning. We're looking for an Events and Partnerships-focused Marketing Manager to turn our point of view into lived experiences through standout events and high-signal partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in events, partnerships, or field marketing (B2B SaaS or adjacent worlds)
• A track record of owning events or partnerships from concept to execution
• Experience working with senior audiences (CMOs, VPs, founders, execs)
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent judgment around brand, messaging, and audience experience
• Comfort working cross-functionally with content, product marketing, sales, and leadership
