Job Description
Clinical Supervisor - LPN will supervise and support CCA’s and CAIT’s, ensure practices comply with all legislated standards of practice and company policies, and engage patients in problem solving using a collaborative approach.
Requirements
- Registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a practicing nurse
- Comprehensive patient health assessment skills are required
- Possess an understanding of the principles of community nursing practice
- Proven experience leading and managing a team
- Knowledge of clinical documentation standards and practice guidelines is required
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and teaching skills
- Commitment to professional development in clinical practice that is relevant to home health care
- Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills
