Job Description
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings, including their homes. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.
Requirements
- Nursing degree or required education mandatory for CNO licensure
- Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Screen
- Negative TB Test
- Fluent proficiency in written and verbal English
- Valid driver's license (Class G or G2), access to a dedicated vehicle is required and valid car insurance
- Current and valid CPR certificate
- Experience in delivering community care is an asset
- Reliability and flexibility
- Willingness to travel to and from patient residences within a designated area
- Passion for making a difference in your community
- Required on-call coverage, including after hours to ensure patient safety and to meet patient care needs
