Registered Practical Nurse

As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will care for patients in various settings, working with patients of all ages with differing complexity of palliative care needs. You will have scheduled visits to care for patients, with a shift schedule of 2300-0700 two days a week and every other weekend.

Requirements

• Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Experience in delivering community care (asset)
• Reliability and flexibility
• Willingness to travel to and from patient residences within a designated area
• Passion for making a difference in your community
