Job Description
As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings, working with patients of all ages with differing complexity of palliative care needs. The shift schedule will be 2300-0700 with one day off during the week and off every other weekend.
Requirements
- Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Experience in delivering community care (asset)
- Reliability and flexibility
- Willingness to travel to and from patient residences within a designated area
