Job Description
As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will have scheduled visits within the community to care for patients in various settings with the support of RNs for more complex patients. This role offers autonomy, independence, and a work-life balance. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.
Requirements
- Nursing degree or required education mandatory for CNO licensure
- Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Screen
- Negative TB Test
- Fluent proficiency in written and verbal English
- Valid driver’s license (Class G or G2), access to a dedicated vehicle is required and valid car insurance
- Current and valid CPR certificate
