Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Deep experience designing, building, and operating scalable distributed services
• Strong experience with Go and Kubernetes
• Experience in financial systems, fintech, or payments
• Full-lifecycle ownership and accountability
• Business acumen and customer-centric thinking
• Ability to balance speed, quality, and complexity
