Legal Case Manager

Paramount Staffing is partnering with a highly respected personal injury firm to identify an experienced Case Manager for their Athens office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of personal injury case management experience, strong experience drafting and preparing demand packages, and ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of personal injury case management experience in a law firm
• Experience collecting, reviewing, and organizing medical records, bills, and legal documentation
• Strong experience drafting and preparing demand packages
• Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
• Experience monitoring case progress, treatment updates, and legal liens
• Proven ability to maintain detailed case notes and track deadlines in case management software
• Experience with Filevine preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma required; related experience strongly preferred.
