Pre-Litigation Case Manager

Whitley Law Firm is looking for an experienced Case Manager to join their Pre-Litigation team, requiring a client-oriented, independent thinker who can effectively manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through resolution.

Requirements

• Effectively manage and organize over 120 personal injury cases
• Maintain active caseloads by conducting monthly client calls
• Identify and prioritize cases across various stages of the claims process
• Establish and follow through on insurance claims
• Foster strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, insurance adjusters, and government officials
• Identify potential claim issues and collaborate with Pre-Litigation Managers or Attorneys
• Oversee the preparation and summary of medical records
• Compile and submit comprehensive settlement packages to insurance companies
