Job Description
Paramount Staffing is a leading staffing agency for legal support staff and paralegals. A well-established Atlanta law firm is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Defense Paralegal for a hybrid role.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Workers' Compensation defense experience
- Experience supporting defense attorneys in Georgia WC matters
- Strong knowledge of State Board of Workers' Compensation procedures
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence
- Experience managing medical records and case summaries
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
