Executive Assistant

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the EVP of Media for Paramount Pictures Theatrical and Home Entertainment. This role ensures the smooth functioning of the EVP’s office by managing schedules and coordinating communications across internal departments and external key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of administrative experience supporting senior executives; entertainment industry experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Extraordinary organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to draft professional correspondence
• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment
