Executive Assistant

We're looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the EVP of Global Creative Content for Paramount Pictures. The role will involve managing complex calendars, coordinating communications, and handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of administrative experience supporting senior executives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Remarkable organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
