Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in a revenue driving role within publishing industry; licensing or retail marketing experience a plus
- Demonstrated success driving growth and consistently meeting or exceeding financial goals
- Proven track record of negotiating licensing deals and managing complex agreements
- Strong background in researching and vetting new business opportunities, assessing market viability, and leading category-level innovation
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence partners and collaborate across departments
- Ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies and business opportunities
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong skills in strategic planning, business development, and negotiation
- Occasional domestic and international travel may be required
