Senior Manager, Licensing Out

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Consumer Products, Licensing & Merchandising to drive growth and strategy for Spin Master's iconic brands across Hardlines, Toys, and Digital Games.

Requirements

• Strategic, commercially minded professional passionate about product and entertainment
• Entrepreneurial self-starter skilled at building relationships and influencing partners
• Strong negotiator with robust financial acumen and P&L management experience
• Collaborative team player who thrives in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in consumer products licensing, with a focus on outbound licensing and brand management
• Direct entertainment and/or licensing experience managing Hardlines, Toys, or Digital Games categories (strongly preferred)
