We're looking for a Sr. Analyst, Marketing Analytics to join our team at Paramount. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and analytics, and will be proficient in SQL, data analysis, and visualization. The role involves designing and measuring incrementality and lift tests, analyzing marketing and attribution data, and partnering with internal data science teams to enhance and increase relevance and actionability of results across various media channels.
Requirements
- Foster data-informed decision making throughout the Streaming marketing organization.
- Design, implement, and measure incrementality and lift tests to validate model-driven targeting versus platform-native optimization strategies.
- Conduct detailed analyses on media performance.
- Translate predictive and targeting models into actionable strategies for Digital O&O Promo placements.
- Define measurement frameworks to link promo participation to important results.
- Analyze marketing and attribution data to measure return on marketing investment and optimize budget allocation.
- Identify and share when personalization and targeting strategies are less effective.
- Partner closely with internal data science teams and external partners to enhance and increase relevance and actionability of results across various media channels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure dimensions and metrics in data pipelines are compliant with business workflows powering marketing reporting.
- Support ad hoc analysis to provide deeper and more granular insights on media and promo performance.
