Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Building Intelligence Engineer based in the DC metro area to join our team and help us to ensure that all client buildings are adapted to work successfully with the Parity platform.
Requirements
- 5-10 years’ experience in controls/building automation, MEP engineering
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret Control Schematics and Sequences of Operations
- Experience with DDC-based control systems and building automation protocols (BACnet, Modbus)
- Hands-on experience with DDC panel startup and point-to-point (P2P) commissioning of BAS/controls systems
- Ability to travel regularly to client sites in the greater DC metropolitan area
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
