Job Description
HealthPartners is seeking a skilled Quality Improvement & Data Management Consultant to enhance performance and support strategic goals within the Central MN region. The consultant will lead projects involving quality improvement, data analysis, change management, and team facilitation. This role involves providing expertise in various areas, including Lean, Six Sigma, and PDSA methodologies, and collaborating with leaders to implement solutions and monitor improvement progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3 years of healthcare quality improvement experience.
- Master's level coursework (may substitute for experience).
- Experience in project management, data management, or quality improvement.
