Job Description
HealthPartners is seeking a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide health care services to department-specific patients in Somerset, Wisconsin. The role involves providing primary and preventive care, managing acute illness and injury, and collaborating with physicians. Mentorship is available through a physician mentor.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a Family Medicine setting as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program and completion of an accredited master of science degree in nursing (or AMA accredited physician assistant program)
- Current Minnesota license as a Registered Nurse and recognition as an Advanced Practice Nurse
- Current license as a Physician Assistant by the Minnesota and Wisconsin Boards of Medical Practice
- Current DEA License
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification
