Methodist Hospital is looking to hire a Surgical Tech (CST) to join our surgical team. Practices under the direction of a Registered Nurse in an autonomous and collegial manner; while integrating clinical thinking skills, commitment, creativity and caring for our patient population.

Requirements

• Must be certified through one of the following Surgical Technologist Certification Programs
• Practical knowledge of basic surgical instrumentation and equipment of orthopedic surgical procedures
• Demonstrated knowledge of the principles of aseptic technique and sterilization methods
• Demonstrated knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients
