Job Description
Fast Park & Relax is seeking a dependable, customerâfocused Parking Guest Ambassador to help manage parking operations and support guests throughout their parking experience. This position is essential to maintaining efficient traffic flow, maximizing parking capacity, and delivering outstanding service to all customers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in dispatching, customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professionalism with diverse individuals
- Ability to effectively handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts calmly and efficiently
- Proficient in basic math and computer skills
- Ability to read and interpret maps and directions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
