We are looking for a Manager/Director/Head of People to help us scale our 40+ person team to 100 employees and beyond. You'll own our entire people function, including HR, recruiting and onboarding, and be the architect of our team, owning five key areas: People operations, Policies & compliance, Feedback, Hiring process, and Culture.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a people role at technology companies
- At least 3-4 years in a generalist and manager role
- At least one year spent as the sole people hire at a technology startup
- Experience with A PEO (Professional Employer Organization) like Justworks
- Experience with a mixed hourly-and-salaried workforce
- Experience with a significant California-based employee base, plus some remote
- Successful rollout of many different people changes across a wide range of areas
