As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding ParkBee's existing Belgian portfolio, with a primary focus on our strategic partnerships and direct clients in the hotel and commercial real estate sectors.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a key account management or customer success role, with a focus on client satisfaction and account growth.
- Demonstrated success in expanding existing accounts and driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell.
- Strong understanding of B2B business models and industry trends, particularly in hospitality or commercial real estate.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Able to initiate as well as execute impactful projects independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly across Belgium.
- Willingness to visit our Amsterdam HQ regularly for alignment and collaboration.
- Fluency in French and Dutch is mandatory; English proficiency required.
- Experience in Prop-Tech, hospitality tech, or related sectors is a strong advantage.

- Attractive base salary between ā¬75,000 to ā¬86,150 dependent on experience and track record, with a model that recognises high performers.
