O&M Civil Site Supervisor

Join JERA Nex bp as a Civil Site Supervisor to play a key role in maintaining the durability and longevity of wind turbine foundations and subsea cable assets. Collaborate with a team of engineers and supervisors to perform offshore maintenance campaigns, supervise subcontractors, and develop constructive relationships with civil subcontractors.

Requirements

• Passion for renewable energy and working in an offshore maritime environment
• Fluent English (written and spoken), Dutch and German a plus
• Team player attitude with communication skills, diligent and capable of working autonomously
• Thorough technical background with hands-on, practical, and solution-oriented attitude
• Safety mindset with awareness towards QHSSE legislation
