Operations Manager

Join our team at Parrish & Heimbecker as an Operations Manager for our Milling operation in Hanover, ON. Lead and develop the site management team to drive efficient plant operations and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with environmental, health & safety, and food safety/quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in food manufacturing (preferably flour milling or grain processing)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills
• Experience with continuous improvement/Lean methodologies and analytical problem-solving
• Experience with budgeting and capital/operating expense management
• Familiarity with working with organized workforce (preferred)
• Ability to travel
