Requirements

• Direct the planning, design, and implementation of regional architectural projects
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to architectural staff
• Ensure all projects meet design excellence, technical standards, fire and life safety requirements, and applicable regulatory codes and guidelines
• Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets
• Act as the primary architectural liaison between clients and internal/external stakeholders
• Guide projects from initial concept through construction, ensuring seamless transitions, coordinated documentation, and successful delivery
