Job Description
Parsons is looking for a Design Manager – Architecture to lead and oversee the architectural design development for a major railway project. The role requires managing architectural design teams, coordinating multidisciplinary interfaces, and ensuring all design outputs meet technical standards and project objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized university
- Professional certification or membership of a relevant institute is an advantage
- 15+ years of experience in architectural design, with proven expertise in rail, metro, airport, or transportation infrastructure projects
- Strong experience managing multidisciplinary design teams and complex design interfaces
- Good understanding of station planning, passenger flow, accessibility, and integrated transport environments
- Familiarity with international design standards and local regulatory requirements
- Experience in design development, coordination, and preparation of tender documentation
- Proficiency in BIM platforms and architectural coordination tools is an advantage
